She mentioned that there are so many great next-level basics she loves because they act as foundational pieces in her favorite looks that she styles. "I love the style and versatility of relaxed blazers. Try layering over a T-shirt or add a lightweight sweater for an elevated look."

"One of my favorite basics is a button-down blouse. It's classic and chic when styled with your favorite denim. Try the classic button-down but venture out and try an oversize style or one with a modern collar and sleeve detail too."
3. Straight-Leg Jeans
"As much as I like skinny jeans, I love the looser fit of high-waisted, straight-leg denim. This classic denim is easy to style with any boot, loafer, or retro sneaker."
4. Loafers
"With fall weather here, I think about back-to-school shoes, and this season, it's all about chunky loafers. Try wearing a pair of sheer ankle socks for an update on a schoolyard classic."
5. Cozy Sweater
"Fall is my favorite season because I get to wear cozy sweaters! I recommend wearing a cashmere or cable-knit sweater in a neutral palette to elevate your look."
6. Denim Alternative
"Everyone needs a denim alternative in their wardrobe. I recommend one that fits your current lifestyle. Try a trouser style, cropped flare, straight leg, or faux-leather jogger."
