March is that awkward month in New York when it still feels like winter, but every store window and online shop is flooded with new spring items practically calling out my name. Since warm weather still appears to be quite far away, I'm holding off on making any big-ticket purchases for now. However, that doesn't mean I won't pick up just a few affordable items in the meantime to keep the dream of an above-70-degree day alive.
