The royal family started their Christmas Day celebrations attending a service at St. Mary's Magdalene Church in Norfolk—this has been a tradition for the royals for centuries, and Queen Victoria used to attend the same service. The Duchess of Sussex turned to Victoria Beckham for her royal Christmas Day look, wearing a black tailored £2250 coat with a pair of her black knee-high heeled boots. She also carried the black mini Powder Box clutch bag by Victoria Beckham, which is a reworking of a classic vanity case with a mirror and lipstick pouch inside.
Meghan walked into the church alongside the Duchess of Cambridge, who stuck to a festive colour palette, wearing a berry double-breasted coat, matching cherry gloves and a regal red £830 velvet headband by Jane Taylor. Super-padded, opulent headbands have become a new signature accessory for Kate in 2018. Kate and William will be spending the rest of the day with their children at their home Anmer Hall, while Meghan and Harry will be joining the Queen and the rest of the family for lunch at Sandringham House.
