The 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards kick off tonight to celebrate the most popular iHeartRadio hits. Hosted by Hailey Baldwin and DJ Khaled at The Forum in Los Angeles, the star-studded event will see performances from the Backstreet Boys, Ed Sheeran, Eminem, and Cardi B. Speaking with us last week, Baldwin teased an exciting outfit lineup for the show and promised there'd be lots of sparkles. Taking to the red carpet, the model's first look of the evening delivers exactly that: head-to-toe sparkles in a ornate metallic pantsuit number.
