The thing I love most about Emily Ratajkowski's style is that even though she has access to the latest pieces from designer brands, she's still entirely open to shopping on the high street—and what's more, through clever styling, she always makes her affordable purchases look so expensive. Often spotted in Mango and Zara, this week I caught sight of her wearing a cosy ribbed knitted dress from none other than my favourite high-street store, H&M.
A midi length in dark grey, the model's dress skimmed her body without clinging. Swooping into a blunted V-neck, the dress features long sleeves and a simple cut, culminating in an understated and expensive-looking silhouette. Seriously, how is this dress still in stock, especially when it only costs £33?!
Forgoing excess jewels or accessories, Ratajkowski reached for a simple black handbag, pared-back rings and silver hoops instead. Finishing her H&M knit dress with black knee-high boots, the model created the kind of winter-ready outfit that fashion people will be all over throughout the year's coldest months. Whilst the weather remains fairly mild, I'd recommend adding a sleek leather jacket, but when the cold really sets in, pair the dress with a floor-skimming coat for maximum cosiness.
