I'm a 34DD, so Shopping for Swimwear Online Isn't Easy—9 Brands I Tried That Actually Fit

Shopping for swimsuits used to be the absolute bane of my existence, and I just know that many of us share the same experience. No matter what brand I tried, I always felt like I had to switch up what size I ordered. Having a bigger bust and smaller frame meant that my top size and bottom size never lined up. This led to many, many returns and unhappy package deliveries.

I finally found some peace of mind when Triangl first blew up. I don't know about you, but when the brand first launched, it was the only thing I ever saw when I opened the Instagram app. It carries something called "Small ++" for people who wouldn't fit into a large band but have a larger cup size. Triangl is not just a nostalgic moment; it was my first love as a girl who was looking for more supportive swimwear. The neoprene styles come with the option to add a ++ behind your size to get even more room and chest support. Not very many brands can say that.

Riot Swim

Riot Swim is all about that barely there, buttery-soft vibe, and the fabric really works with curves. While it’s not an underwire situation, the stretchy material molds to your shape and somehow stays put in a very effortlessly flattering way. Matteau used to lean very minimalist (read: small), but it's added expanded sizing that’s finally friendly for C/D cups—even in its petite sizes. The support is subtle but smart, and the fabrics are high-quality enough to feel secure. It’s quietly confident swimwear for those who don’t want anything too fussy.

Form and Fold
