Is anyone else frantically decluttering their home now that spring is here? I don't know what it is about the sunnier weather, but it instantly makes me want to refresh my space for the season ahead. I've been clearing out my wardrobe, wiping down every single surface in the kitchen and even washing sofa covers in the living room so that everything feels as good as new, just in time for hosting season to start. One thing I love to do when I've finished cleaning a space is light one of the best candles to make the whole room smell amazing.

As a beauty editor, I am lucky enough to be sent some of the most luxurious candles on the market, from brands such as Diptyque, Byredo and Jo Malone. That being said, I also swear by high street candles from the likes of & Other Stories and Zara. Basically, what I'm trying to say is that I've tried my fair share of scents, and I now think of myself as an expert when it comes to choosing a candle for the new season.
