It's finally coming—the long awaited bank holiday weekend. Lazy mornings, afternoons in the pub with friends and dinners that go late into the night are all in order. Do you know what I haven't scheduled into my weekend plans? Wasting hours trying to figure out what to wear. This weekend I want dressing to be blissfully simple—but, of course, I still want to have a look that I'm proud to be seen in. What a relief, then, that this season it seems like simple is very much in style.
After doing some extensive Instagram stalking, I think I've come up with four outfit formulas that deliver on both the time-saving and the fashionable front. Many of these looks are built around pieces you probably already have in your closet, but if you don't, then now's the perfect time to invest—these are styles that will serve you well in the months and years to come.
