This Is the Vogue Way to Do a Safari Wedding

For Kyly Zakheim and Ryan Rabin, the latest couple to get the Vogue wedding treatment, South Africa was a special place to hold their ceremony for a couple of reasons. Not only was the groom from South Africa, but that’s also where he proposed to Zakheim, while on a safari trip to Kruger National Park. 

As for the dress, Zakheim told Vogue that she chose the Vera Wang number on her second appointment with the brand. “I had no idea what I wanted to wear—I just knew I wanted to feel natural, complement the environment, and be comfortable, as I knew I would be walking through some tricky terrain,” she told Vogue. “And most important, it needed to travel well! The Ines dress was simple yet dynamic, with a plunging neckline, very low back, and interesting lace webbing.”
