Sienna Miller Just Moved the Ruffle Trend on in a Major Way

Pie crust–collared, Victoriana-inspired blouses were one of the key items that dominated in 2016, but ruffles are still going nowhere for 2017. Sienna Miller just showed how you can take the look one step further at a screening of Live by Night in New York, where she wore a pair of work-appropriate black Gucci trousers with a cute cream frilled hem. We are fans of any trousers designed to draw the eye towards your shoes.

She teamed them up with a coordinating black blouse with a cream necktie collar and ruffled cuffs. Sienna Miller was one of the first celebrities to jump aboard the Gucci craze, as she was the first to wear Alessandro Michele's collection on the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival back in 2015. Although Alessandro's maximalist aesthetic is often a little OTT for the office, Sienna's ruffled combo is a fresh spin on conservative suiting, showing how you can add a touch of personality to an all-black work outfit.
