This French Coat Is Back After Having a 10,000-Person Waiting List
There are a few wardrobe staples you buy knowing full well that they’ll remain key items in your closet for years and years to come: A perfectly cut black blazer, a timeless designer handbag and, of course, a sleek beige trench coat are just a few examples. And though we’d happily spend an innumerable amount of time searching for each of those timeless products, French fashion label Sézane might have just made the task a little easier when it comes to tracking down the perfect trench.
Last summer, the brand released its first-ever trench coat and simultaneously garnered a 10,000-person waiting list. The item was made from organic cotton in a factory within the EU and featured a classic double-breasted button style and silhouette cinching waist belt.
Luckily for us, despite its sellout status, the brand has just re-released the item after (presumably) much customer demand. The £215 coat landed on Sézane’s website just this morning, though, if last summer was any indication, we expect that it won’t last long. Keep scrolling to shop the highly coveted item.
