As a fashion editor, I know all too well how much newness there is every season, and how difficult it is to know what is and isn’t really worth investing in. In the spirit of that, I’m here today to recommend that if you’re considering investing in any wardrobe staple this season, you should make it Reformation's Mason Pants.
You might already be familiar with these chic wide-leg trousers (especially if you read a lot of my articles), mainly because I won’t shut up about how great they are. I’ve been a wide-leg trousers connoisseur for a long time now, and you can trust me when I say I’ve tried a lot of pairs. I invested in the black last year and wore them all winter, so I decided to order a khaki pair to test out just how versatile they could be for the transitional months. Below, you can see five ways I styled them up during my deliberation process, and I think I’ve convinced myself they need to stay. Yes, they’re an investment at around £180, but when it’s an item I can wear to the office, working from home and at weekends, and a style that is comfy but looks polished, I know I’ll get an awful lot of wear out of them. Below I'm wearing a petite 10 as I wanted to be able to wear them with flats like trainers, ballet pumps and sandals in summer.
