All returns to Glossier must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order to receive a full refund. You’ll have to give Glossier your original order number in order to make a return, and you will be refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that if you’re planning to buy a gift card or any merchandise that’s specific to a store those will be final sale.
