Does COS have free shipping?
You can enjoy free shipping on US orders over $150. If your order total is less than this, you can choose economy shipping for $5. Or if you need your order sooner, standard shipping costs $10 and will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Express shipping costs $25 and will arrive within 1-2 business days.
How can I get an email discount at COS?
By signing up for the COS newsletter, you can get a 10%-off promo code for your first purchase. You will need to go to the COS website and click ‘Enjoy 10% off’ from the left-hand corner. From here, type your preferred email address and wait for COS to send your code.
Does COS have a student discount?
Yes. Students can save on their effortless wardrobes with a student discount at COS. Once you verify your student status, through Student Beans, you will be sent a 10%-off student discount code. You can then type this into the promo code box at the checkout.
When are the sales at COS?
COS has sales at key times throughout the year. The brand’s most iconic sales include Black Friday and its Friends and Family sales. We’ve previously seen discounts of up to 25% off for its Friends and Family sale, which is sitewide. Save this page for later so you never miss a sales update.
What is COS’s return policy?
You have 30 days to return any unwanted items for a full refund to the payment method you used for the original purchase. Your items should be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with any tags still attached. Undergarments and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty. Once you send your item back, it can take a maximum of 14 days to reach COS’s warehouse and be processed.

You’ll also get emails about new arrivals, sales, and limited-time offers. To sign up, click the ‘Enjoy 10% off’ button on the left hand-corner of the brand’s website. Get a student discount: If you’re a student, you can receive 10% off at COS, both in store and online. In order to claim the discount, you will need to log into your valid Student Beans account and verify your student status. Once you find something to purchase at COS, enter your unique code at checkout. This discount can also be used on sale.
Recycle with ThredUp: The next time you want to clean out your closet, print out a prepaid shipping label on COS.com. You can pack up the kit or a shipping container with all of your unwanted shoes, clothing, and accessories and ship it to ThredUp for free. Anyone who uses the service will be offered a credit toward future COS purchases.
