Now that summer is winding down, it's time to take stock. I'm not sure about you, but for me, the end of the summer season signals a big, red, glaring reminder about my shopping habits: it's time to cut down. After international trips and one too many happy hours with my friends, it's in my budget to save right now, not spend money.
