To get her skin in Met Gala shape, model Adut Akech indulged in a 'gram-worthy $783 (that's Australian dollars) 24-karat-gold face mask at Manhattan's Soma Spa. Beforehand, Akech received a HydraFacial (a popular skin-resurfacing and hydrating service), as well as high-frequency facial treatment to minimize pores.
