We're only one month into 2023, but celebrities are already declaring the underwear-as-outerwear trend to be all-important this year. Liza Koshy, for instance, wore a thong-exposing Dior dress at the Golden Globes, while Janelle Monáe opted for a see-through Vera Wang gown at the Critics Choice Awards.
