Kim Kardashian West Isn't the Only One Wearing This Controversial Trend

Kim Kardashian West has touched down in New York ahead of Kanye West's Yeezy show, and despite the fact that it is currently icy in NYC and most editors are wearing snow boots and fur coats, Kim has fully transitioned into her spring/summer 2017 wardrobe. Yesterday she ignored the weather forecast altogether and wore a jacket as a dress (something twe've seen plenty of A-listers and street style girls doing over the past few months), with nothing but a pair of white ankle boots.

The striped tuxedo jacket, which falls off the shoulder and has an exaggerated nipped-in waist, is by the buzzed-about French label Jacquemus. While you might not have heard of Jacquemus, if you have looked at any street style imagery from the last 12 months, you will almost certainly have seen his creations as the likes of Rihanna, Alexa Chung and Taylor Tomasi Hill are big fans. The oversize, blue-and-white checked coat and jumpers with tie detailing are already two of the most cult buys of 2017.
