Just when we thought the ups and downs of Oscar's fashion would complete todays news cycle, Karlie Kloss has dropped some major news of her own. According to Harper's Bazaar, Kloss has decided to relinquish her coveted Victoria's Secret wings for more, shall we say, cerebral pursuits. While the supermodel will continue to focus on outside modelling (#phewf), she has set her sights on furthering her education, with plans to attend NYU in the fall.
Giving up her angel wings is certainly a bold move, but one that's indicative of her star power far beyond the gilded Victoria's Secret stage. And while we'll miss seeing her glam it up on the runway with her best model pals, we are thrilled to know she's hitting the books, and perhaps reminding her fans that the good life involves much more than a pretty face.
