37 High-Street Pieces That Are Destined for Cult Status

There used to be a time when all the new season items would arrive on the high street in the same week, if not within days of each other, however now the new-in sections are steadily updated and so are less defined by seasons. This means you might not have noticed that this week is when we have seen the real shift towards spring, with many of the complete spring collections now available to buy. This has been a focus for us on Who What Wear over the past seven days, as our editors have been sorting through the thousands of products to bring you concise edits of the best of the best items on the high street right now.
Our editors might be able to spot a cult high street buy a mile off, but we also like to crowdsource and see what other people are loving. So for this piece we have turned to some of our favourite influencers who are known for their sharp eye for spotting high street winners, and asked them to each share the six products that they think are destined for cult status this spring. Some themes have come up, with a strong love for Arket's spring collection, quilted coats and vests and a floral spring dress. But we were careful to pick people who had really different personal styles, so whether you are a jeans and a T-shirt kind of girl, or prefer to dress like a rainbow, we're sure there will be an item you love below.

Dior Bediako is the founder of Pepper Your Talk, a fashion career support platform, and the Junior Network, a mentorship program for young professionals. She also has epic personal style, effortlessly mixing classic basics with more statement pieces, and her shopping list below perfectly reflects that balance.
Maybe I binge watched too many episodes of The Crown and Bridgerton back-to-back but this top feels like something that's already living in my mind. The elegance of the neckline is what I'm most drawn to, but I love how contemporary the look becomes when paired with jeans.
Francesca Saffari has classic, minimal style and often finds expensive-looking pieces on the high street, such as this jumper from Arket.
Lindsey's Instagram feed is a burst of colour, as she leans towards pastels and prints, so it's no surprise that the next six items are colourful, printed, and oh-so joyful.
Rachael's wardrobe is the total opposite, as she sticks to classic pieces in a neutral colour palette of sands, camels, blacks and greys.
Nicole Ocran is one of our favourite influencers to follow for high street finds, and her outfits always have a sunny outlook with playful prints and lots of colour.
Sara Brown is another colourful dresser, as we imagine her wardrobe would look like an actual rainbow. Her styling philosophy is 'more is more', so she's obviously found some of the jazziest pieces out there for us.
Although I know now might not be the most expected time to buy a coat, but I saw this recently and just thought WOW. I feel like this would be a coat that gives you joy for so so many years. Plus we all know the British weather, it still might snow in April knowing our luck.
I think neat Mary Janes always make an outfit look really well put together, plus like the rest of the fashion world I am obsessed with checks right now. It's also a nice change from all the chunky trainers and boots I have been wearing throughout the winter.
