Every season there is at least one Ganni item which the fashion crowd falls hard for and which yo-yos in and out of stock. This year the item in the spotlight is a yellow and dark grey checked mini dress with a high collar and oversized puffy sleeves falling to the elbow. Ganni has been creating prairie-style dresses in heritage checks for several years now, however this one has proved the most popular. It sold out in several sizes, however has been fully restocked this month.
It might not hang around for long however as the queen of shifting stock, Holly Willoughby, wore this dress with chunky boots by Aldo to film her TV show Celebrity Juice. Influencers have also been wearing this dress, showing quite how versatile it is—it looks as good with tights, boots and a denim jacket as it does with stilettos for a dressy evening affair. For £170, this is an affordable dress in the designer bracket.
