This time of year can cause quite a tizzy for us fashion people. With so many sales going on, it can be hard to decide what to shop first. I've waxed poetic about my strategy (I make a list of items I'm eyeing and only allow myself to shop if those happen to go on sale), and I fully stand behind it.
