It's no secret that the stretch from September to December is my absolute favorite. It's not just my love of the cool, crisp air, it's also my love for fall fashion. Anytime I can cozy up in layers, I know I am in my element. One thing I appreciate just as much is scoring a chic piece for under $100—The kind of piece that has you doing a double-take at the price.
