Since I'm a native SoCal girl, you wouldn't think I could ever complain about the weather. However, as a fashion girl, I'm dying to bust out my favorite coats, boots, and scarves this time of year, but the weather has not yet gotten the winter memo. I'll have to wait a bit longer to dust off my cold-weather clothes, but New Yorkers like Emily Ratajkowski are clearly not in the same boat.
Photographed in NYC, EmRata bundled up in leggings and a jacket with an extra layer tied around her waist. It was her boots, however, that immediately caught my attention.
