Emily Ratajkowski Wore the Trend You'll Be Seeing Everywhere This Summer

Two months ago, we called out gingham as the feminine trend we'd be seeing everywhere in three months. Zara loaded up on gingham offerings from tops to trousers to dresses, and already, fashion girls are getting on board with the revival of the preppy staple. One It girl in particular seems particularly taken with the classic print. Last month, Emily Ratajkowski hit the beach in a gingham two-piece number from Reformation. The crop top paired with high-waisted pants in a print aptly named "Sudoku" was the perfect preview to what could be the biggest trend of summer 2017.

This past Friday, Ratajkowski worked the eye-catching print again, this time in a delicate babydoll dress we're already jotting down on our list of our summer wardrobe necessities. The gingham print gives the feminine dress an extra dose of carefree summer sensibilities and paired with strappy tan sandals and mirrored shades, the look was begging for summer to arrive sooner.
