The Only Emerging Brands That Matter in 2020, From the World's Top Retailers

Some of you may be saving for a Chloé bag or hitting up your favorite brands at Nordstrom, but if you're interested in expanding your repertoire of labels, you've come to the right place. Instead of taking our word for it, we hit up the best retailers in town to offer a glimpse at the next big things in fashion.
Net-a-Porter, for instance, is perennially ahead of the curve when it comes to identifying rising talent, and this season is no exception. Some of the newest additions to its roster include a sculptural accessories brand that's bound to produce a new It bag, a bright and cheery label known for its colorful blouses, and a selection of elevated loungewear basics. We also delved into the official runway reports released by Moda Operandi and MyTheresa to come up with the rest of our list. Scroll down to shop the emerging brands for yourself.
Avavav
One of Net-a-Porter's newest brands, Avavav designs cheery pieces that will have you counting down the days until spring.
Marcia
Another new brand at Net-a-Porter, Marcia is your next French obsession. The label includes upcycled and earth-friendly materials, so that's always a plus.
Tilly Sveaas
Tilly Sveaas was called out in MyTheresa's official spring report, and we can see why: The brand's stunning gold jewels look way more expensive than they really are.
S.Joon
The newest bag brand on Net-a-Porter's radar is S.Joon. Expect cool architectural shapes from this name to know.
Staud
According to Moda Operandi's spring runway report, Staud "sold the most units of all emerging designers for S/S 20."
Le 17 Septembre
Loungewear, but make it fashion. That might as well be the motto of Le 17 Septembre, a new brand to Net-a-Porter's esteemed roster.
