From the Oscars to the Met Gala, this year's major red-carpet events have been nothing short of spectacular. That's why I have extremely high hopes for the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, which begins May 16 and runs through May 27. While other award shows are one-night-only affairs, Cannes boasts 11 glorious days of nonstop fashion fun.
