My closet refresh for spring is underway, and two things have been top of mind as I piece it all together: my love for elevated style and my goal of creating expensive-looking outfits. To achieve this, I find myself relying time and again on a great range of elevated basics. By the looks of it, from the runways to my Instagram feed, I am not alone in this, which makes putting together a cohesive wardrobe a much easier task this season.

In fact, there are some standout basics I am excited about right now that will be doing a lot of the heavy lifting over the next few months.
