As it turns out, it wasn't a slipup: Cardi B and Offset are indeed already married, as TMZ reports. In fact, they tied the knot nine months ago without anyone knowing—surprise!
TMZ obtained their marriage certificate from Fulton County, Georgia, which is dated September 20, 2017.
