24 Cool Bags and Shoes That Will Make All Your Favorite Basics Shine
If, like me, your day-to-day style errs on the simpler side, at some point or another you’ve probably wondered whether you’re accidentally venturing too close to the world of dressing boring. I get it. In fact, I’m sure that to some my outfits do appear less-than-interesting at times, but one thing I’ve found that always helps make my arsenal of basics and neutrals feel a little more exciting is the addition of cool bags and shoes.
Enter: the latest pieces from our Who What Wear line of accessories, all of which are not only eye-catching and on-trend but are also on the relatively more affordable side, too. In short, whether you opt for one piece or can't help but snag a few, they're all you need to turn your go-to look from simple to, well, simple-but-cool. To see and shop my not-so-little edit of favorites for yourself, including pieces that work for summer, fall, and both, just keep scrolling.

Since starting as an intern back in 2013, Nicole Akhtarzad Eshaghpour has held several roles here at Who What Wear, and she is currently Editor-at-Large. Upon joining, she was a senior about to graduate from business school at USC. Fast-forward to 2025, and she's moved to NYC from her hometown of Beverly Hills and spends her workdays a little differently from when she was just starting out. Currently, she focuses on a weekly mélange of shopping content and her Trust Me—Buy This newsletter. As far as her personal style goes, she's largely drawn to neutral, classic pieces but will always make an exception for something colorful or bejeweled as long as it's deemed worthy enough. After all, the only thing she loves more than a party is dressing up for one. On her downtime, she can usually be found at home eating something delicious and trying to force her husband to watch Summer House.
