The Comfortable Heels to Pair With Your Favourite Jeans and T-Shirt This Summer
Anne-Laure Mais, the blogger behind Adenorah, shared this photo on Instagram earlier this week, giving us major style inspiration for fun and comfortable summer shoes. A pair of well-fitting jeans and a white blouse is the perfect effortless summer outfit, but it can be tricky to know what to pair the look with to avoid looking like everyone else.
Cue her post. Focusing on shoes from her previous collaboration with the French brand, Jonak, this photo made us wonder why we haven’t been wearing chunky heels with the go-to outfit all along. Not only do they look great with the classic style, but they’re also a comfortable choice.
While a chunky heel provides a good amount of support, the ankle strap fastens the shoe to your foot perfectly, meaning none of that awkward toe scrunching to keep your heels on. This is a look that we can imagine easily transitioning from day to night. Wear it on its own for a morning trip to the market, or throw on some statement jewellery and a chic jacket for a combo that’s well suited for dinner at a hip restaurant.
While the shoes pictured are from the Jonak X Adenorah capsule collection, which launched in October, we’ve scouted out some alternative picks that aren’t sold out—yet.
